The Meat-Cancer Myth

The Meat-Cancer Myth

Epidemiology is not scientific because it is based on observations finding correlation without evidence of causation. So the WHO, the World Health Organization, declares like Chicken Little, ‘Red Meat Causes Cancer’, ‘Studies Prove It’ but it’s what they don’t say that is so very misleading and dishonest. They don’t tell you that the ‘Studies’ were epidemiological studies – studies that show correlation only.

As an example, a group of people have cancer, and it’s known that they eat meat, so meat is blamed. But they fail to mention that these people, by varying percentages, may also have eaten sugar, grains, processed foods, soda, were sedentary, smoked, and consumed alcohol. But meat is singled out. That’s not very scientific …. or honest, of these scientists, activists, and pols.

The other correlations such as sugar, and processed foods, were quite deliberately ignored. When ever organizations like the WHO, the USDA, Big Pharma, Big Corp, or news outlets make these breathless proclamations, always search deeper in to how they arrived at their ‘conclusions’. If their warnings have their basis in unscientific means then they are just fear-mongering. Fear-mongering fueled by agenda. And the agenda-driven don’t really care about the truth. But the truth is out there. Question everything.
