These exercises are great for a HIIT workout. High intensity interval training are bursts of high intensity exercise followed by short breaks. When starting out you can do 30 second bursts followed by 60 second breaks. Do that for a couple of days then try 30 second bursts with 30 second breaks. Mixed Martial Arts requires explosive muscle action and these exercises will help improve that. If that isn’t your actual goal the MMA component just adds a little extra dimension of fun.
