Low Carb Celebrities
I usually don’t care about the opinions of celebrities.
They are no better informed than us mortals. But one topic they can be trusted on to inspire with some degree of authority is on keeping fit and looking slim because it can seriously impact their careers. Especially if the celeb has adopted strategies that are accessible to us normal folk.
Here, I am interested in their eating approaches because weight loss is not about having a highly paid personal trainer, guru to the rich and famous, or some magic pill or program only millionaires can afford. It’s 80% diet/10% exercise/10% genetics.
Many celebrities have used a ketogenic diet to either quickly lose weight for a movie role, help manage or reverse a health problem, or have adopted keto as a permanent lifestyle. And many follow a low carb eating lifestyle if not strictly keto which is low carb/high fat/moderate protein.
