How To Properly Do A Plank
I don’t use a gym for my workouts. I try to use exercise that I can do anywhere using equipment that I can take anywhere. The equipment I use is my own body. My body doesn’t cost anything and it’s always open for business. Using my body weight I do pushups, situps, jumping jacks, and planks.
