Better Than P90X?

I’ll let you be the judge but this exercise routine is really intense and only takes two minutes to complete. Doing this everyday has got to bring some great results for your cardio-vascular system and over time give you ripped abs.

Obviously, as the guys said, take it nice and easy at first and build up to a faster rate. At first, you won’t be able to do 100 reps in 2 minutes so you have two choices: either stop after 2 minutes no matter how many reps you do and aim to do a little more each session; or go beyond the time limit until you have completed 100 reps and let your goal be to do them a little faster each session.
