Raw Foods and Diabetes

I offer this short vid as an introduction to the power of raw food eating to greatly ameliorate your diabetes symptoms and balance your blood sugars. I believe that 100% raw foods isn’t necessary to enjoy the health benefits but recommend a more palatable 80/20 approach–80% raw and 20% selected, as you like, from fish, eggs, cheese, lean grass-fed beef (I’m wheat-free don’t ya know) and chicken. Healthy oils like evo and coconut are a must.
